It’s new and accessible. Pretty close to the airport. The area is quiet and clean and close to the malls and seaside

very good value for money in city central

really spacious bathroom and spacious room. very close to the airport and other popular spots to visit. very good value for money too.

the lifts are quite slow so only book your grab when you’re already in front of the lift earliest, otherwise you run the risk of late show up.

Reasonably satisfied

The room was clean and in order. Commend all the staff from the front desk to cleaners for being accomodative to all my request and needs.

Need to develop partnership with laundry as basic needs of customer. Also, additional fixtures like refrigerator and room cabinets

Me and my family were the 1st people who stayed here starting from the time it opened.This hotel became our favorite ever since.

The price is escalating.Everytime we come back for our holiday the price goes up.

I like the hotel’s proximity to eateries and to MOA because...

I like the hotel’s proximity to eateries and to MOA because it’s easy to get something to eat when hungry. It also has a 7/11 beside it which makes it more convenient.

I didn’t like that they did not have a free toothbrush nor toothpaste. Paying more than 2000 pesos a night, it would have been reasonable to at least get a free toothbrush and toothpaste as commodities.

What I liked about the property is the smiles of the staff,...

What I liked about the property is the smiles of the staff, and the location, wherein, it’s just a walking distance from Mall Of Asia.

Below is just my personal view and it could have been better if anticipated: 1. The room given to us smells cigarette smoke. I wonder if the “5000-peso fine” applies. 2. The corridor and the room are too small. 3. Noise from outside the room is too loud. 4. We’ve experienced 3 fire alarms in 30 minutes. 5. Telephones could have been in the rooms, for Emergency purposes. 6. The corridor doesn’t have AC. I just didnt expect the size of the room given to us. The pictures shown on the website is the opposite. Otherwise, staffs are friendly and smiles at all times including the guards.

The staff was friendly and bed was comfortable. Also not very far distance to and from the airport for early flights. Just to be clear, it's not walking distance to the airport. You would need to book a car or taxi

No bedroom slippers were provided. The shower stall needs a full door.

Love it!

I like the staff they are nice and the room is beautiful and cozy..the view from my room was nice especially at night.. near at moa.

I did not bring any toiletries and I checked-in and found out that they dont have toiletries (shampoo,soap,toothbrash and toothpaste). Good thing is that their is 7/11 beside the hotel.

Overall is good.

The bed , I felt so comfortable and very clean and smells good. The room was so clean. The location was very nice.

I’m so sorry tell this. What I didn’t like is there’s no toiletries like toothpaste , toothbrush and sleepers. That’s all, the rest was ok.

I wish they provided toiletries and slippers! It doesn’t make sense to buy a whole bunch of items for a 2-day stay in the hotel. Or they could have informed us upon booking so we could pack stuff we need. This hotel doesn’t have even the basics and nothing immediately around the hotel either.

A great convenient and reasonably priced hotel

This was our third time at the Hop Inn. It's a comfortable, fairly reasonable hotel and very convenient for the airport and Mall of Asia. I don't return to a hotel that's not good, so the fact that this is a third visit in 6 months speaks volumes.

The area immediately near the hotel feels like a little corner of mainland China as so many businesses and residents are from that mainland servicing the Online Gambling Operations that are illegal in their home country. If you want to experience the true Filipino welcome that includes friendliness, modesty, gentle talking, table manners and restraint, then another area may be better if you plan to stay for more than a convenient night close to the airport.

the staff are very nice and friendly, they are always keen to help and they make you feel so welcome from the doormen to the staff at reception. the cleaning staff do a wonderful job . that's why it's my favorite place to stay when I'm in Manila

OK Budget Hotel for short trip.

- close to the airport and nearby attractions (MOA, COD) - spacious rooms - comfortable beds - clean (although there was a small ant problem in the room that I did bring to the attention of the staff. They didn’t seem to really care about it). - front door greeters were also smiling and pleasant. These guys were always great!

- front desk staff. They were hit or miss. Some of the staff were really friendly and approachable (afternoon staff were generally awesome). Others on the other hand, not so much - specifically the late night staff - they seemed dismissive and uninterested in aiding guests. (Thursday late night Oct 3rd-4th and Saturday October 5th-6th- male front desk clerk) - shower heads in the bathroom could be cleaned to help with calcium and lime buildup - WiFi is absolutely horrendous here. The connection is weak. Won’t connect to MacBooks for some reason. Barely worked for my cellphone. Had to ask 3 times to have the router reset. When it was reset it worked for my phone but not for my computer.
